It now appears that only Libby and (probably) Alistair could attend a telecon tomorrow at 1400. I would like to start somewhere, so if that is the best we can do this week, I would like to hold to that time. But if we could include one or two more people (e.g., Ralph and DanBri) by adjusting the time, so much the better. Ralph can set up a Zakim bridge tomorrow on short notice starting circa 1130 UTC. I am in principle available from 1130 to 1800 UTC. Please send me mail directly about which times would be possible for you and let's see what we can do...
