Libby and Alistair could attend on Friday (either time).

Though that is far from being a critical mass -- and the
response rate does not bode well for the Task Force generally
if we actually want to produce a draft by November 2 -- I am
quite keen to have a telecon soon.  Unfortunately, the week
of September 20 is difficult for me (apart from Sep 20 itself).

I would therefore like to propose we hold a telecon on

     Friday,    17 September - 1400 UTC or 1700 UTC

assuming that we will be able to get one or two more
participants and unless Libby and Alistair object.  If 
it is just the three of us, we could keep it short.

I would then like to ask you all to indicate your availability
for a second telecon on the following dates:

     Monday,    27 September - 1400 UTC or 1700 UTC
     Tuesday,   28 September - 1400 UTC or 1700 UTC
     Wednesday, 29 September - 1400 UTC
