I can only come for the first 15 minutes on the call today but I would like
to get consensus on how to handle the Document object for SVG in our spec.
by looking at this response from Boris:

With this I will have enough to start adding tabindex to the spec.
If we cannot do it this week then please add it to next week's agenda.
