Remove "DOM3 event category" column of the events table in Interactivity

Hello again.

I’m going to remove the “DOM3 event category” column from the events
table in the Interactivity chapter.  The purpose of listing the category
is just to identify what value you can pass to
DocumentEvents::createEvent(), to create an appropriate Event object.
The uDOM doesn’t have createEvent(), though.  (I will take the link
targets in here and put them in the Description column, though, since
it’s still useful to reference the DOM 2 Events definitions of the
events.)
