Hello Chris.

In a previous telcon, you said that the changes to XLink 1.1 didn’t
necessitate any changes on our part for 1.2T. However, I notice that
XMLRIs are now not defined in XLink 1.1, and instead defer to LEIRIs,
which are themselves defined in a draft RFC. How should we fix up the
references? Should we be changing all XMLRIs to LEIRIs and change the
XLink 1.1 reference to this draft RFC and hope that it becomes a proper
RFC in time? If not, what should we do?

I ask you since you seem to have a good handle on the various URL/URI/
IRI/XMLRI/LEIRI stuff.

Thanks,

Cameron
