[svgwg] css shape() in path's 'd' property (#1081)

RobMayer has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/svgwg:

Given that we can use shape() in most (all?) other situations that would accept a d-like path (shape-outside, clip-path, offset-path), should shape() be valid for the 'd' property of an svg path?
