AmeliaBR has just labeled an issue for https://github.com/w3c/svgwg as "Paint Servers chapter": == Attributes and properties that allow <length> value should also allow <number> and <percentage> == SVG 2 relies on a stricter definition of `<length>` than SVG 1.1. The new `<length>` definition no longer allows percentage and unit-less values (except 0). For backward compatibility, I would suggest either: - Changing the `<length>` definition to allow unit-less values and percentages in SVG context - Changing the type definitions of attributes and properties that currently allow `<length>` to also allow `<number>` and `<percentage>`. Some of the properties and attributes affected by this issue are: `x`, `y`, `width`, `height`, `cx`, `cy`, `fx`, `fy`, `rx`, `ry` and `r`. See https://github.com/w3c/svgwg/issues/222
