AmeliaBR has just labeled an issue for https://github.com/w3c/svgwg as
 "SVG Core":

The "applies to" field in the table on 
https://svgwg.org/svg2-draft/painting.html#ImageRendering should be 
changed from `shapes` to `<image>`.
