SVG IG call guides/info on full dial-in and IRC participation (was Re: Agenda for Thurs Call (Oct 9th))

just a reminder that information specifically about how to participate 
directly in all aspects of the SVG IG call, the time, finding your local
time, using simple Zakim commands and the like can be found (along with 
minutes of past meetings) at:

i hope these resources help -- any suggestions as how they could be 
improved are quite welcome, or -- since it is a wiki, anyway -- simply
