Social syntax: Data model, Serialization(s), Vocabulary(ies)

Hello,

I started reworking Social syntax wiki page
https://www.w3.org/wiki/Socialwg/Social_syntax

I found previous content pretty confusing and moved it to
https://www.w3.org/wiki/Socialwg/Social_syntax/Patterns
mentioning it on very top of that page!

I will also try to dig out of mailing list couple of threads where we
discussed those issues in a past.

As you can see on the new page, when we discuss for example
microformats, we often lack clarity if we talk about vocabulary terms it
defines, or data model it builds around or one of its official
serializations (HTML and JSON based)

At some point we may want to merge/move some of that stuff to Syntax
Comparison page but first I see need to clarify which of those 3 aspects
we try to compare there...
