Linda,
Thank you for sending this list which is now an OAB Issue:
https://portal.opengeospatial.org/?m=projects&a=view&project_id=228&tab=5&act=details&issue_id=1301 <https://portal.opengeospatial.org/?m=projects&a=view&project_id=228&tab=5&act=details&issue_id=1301>
In a telecon tomorrow, the OAB will review all open issues. The OAB reviews all open issues on a quarterly basis. I anticipate the OAB discussion tomorrow will result in the SDWIG issue being schedule for discussion at a telecon between now and the next TC. I will follow up with you after tomorrow’s OAB telecon.

We resolved to compose a list of these ‘non-webby’ standards and send it to the OGC Architecture Board for discussion.
