[sdw] ssn meeting this week

Dear SDW,
The SSN-specific meeting this week will be held as usual this week 27 September 2016 21:00 UTC<http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/fixedtime.html?iso=20160927T21&ah=1&msg=SSN%20Call> (click for your local time).

In Australia, daylight saving starts next weekend. This is very nice for the current SSN meeting times for Australians (it becomes 8am)  so I  do not propose to move the meetings from the present time. However, shortly afterwards, some other countries will be moving their times the opposite direction, so someone else might like to propose a meeting time change.  I imagine we will be looking at returning to the times we used earlier in the year, times like: 08 March 2016 20:00 GMT<http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/fixedtime.html?msg=SDWWG+Call&iso=20160308T20&p1=1440&ah=1> (click for your local time). I await a proposal.

Meanwhile, the F2F meeting made some important decisions and this opens up some clear next steps.
