Crossreferenced enabling discovery theme with requirements

Hi all,

I had no action to my name but had silently resolved to do some work if I had some extra time this week (amazingly, this happened!)

So I cross referenced the Enabling Discovery theme with the requirements from the UCR doc. See:

Took me half an hour (not to brag, but to encourage others to do the same for another theme).
