Do you have examples of CRSs described in OGC-XML that I could look at? 
Is it important for you that this transformation be described in XSL or 
could you live with any implementation of such a mapping (assuming one 
could find a deterministic mapping between those 2 representations)?

So far, I think we have put all labels in both @en and @fr at 
http://data.ign.fr/def/ignf.rdf but indeed the comments are just in @fr. 
It is our goal to provide a truly multilingual ontology but of course, 
any help is welcome to localize the ontology!
