Actually the English labels are all there already too. Adding some other languages as well might be nice!

​The URIs themselves  seem to be based in English already and it would be straightforward to add labels in English (and other languages) so that shouldn't be an obstacle

Not a standard, but a joint proposal from the French National Geographic Institute (IGN) and EURECOM, the geom vocabulary for defining CRS. The vocabulary is defined at http://data.ign.fr/def/ignf.
