Re: Frozen copy?

Hello Peter,

I have added "the OGC coverage model" as an example to 5.23 (Model reuse),
but both 5.23 and 5.26 are marked as having open issues, I think that means
we have to work towards improved definitions in the e-mail threads
associated with those issues and then propose a new version of the
requirement and vote on that in the meeting. Or at least get to the point
that everyone can live with and understands the new version.

At this stage in editing (working towards a FPWD) we (the UCR editors) were
temporarily more concerned with having a complete overview of remaining
issues rather than resolving remaining issues.

As for 2.5 (which actually is a copy the description of the deliverable in
the charter), I have created a new issue in the tracker for that, as a
reminder to the group that something needs to happen: ISSUE-27
<https://www.w3.org/2015/spatial/track/issues/27>.

Regards,
Frans
