Re: [sdw] created FPWD for use case doc and fixed validation errors (#7)

Thanks Jeremy, that was some useful editing. I have merged your patch.
It never crossed my mind to run the document through a HTML validator. I
guess I thought ReSpec took care of that, because it did report some HTML
errors now and then.
