schema generators

I always liked tools that make my life easy, so I have feelings for
automatically generated code.  for programmers this is probably
inferior but its a starting point for many of us who need a quick job
done.

Now I am on on the look out for
a univeral xml  and json schema generators  .  tool that can generate
xml and json (should be web based, should take the desired element
fields as plain text input, should generate valid xml and json
SCHEMAS, and that in turn should generate valid xml and json outputs)

I suspect these tools may already exist somewhere in the universe and
I would be grateful for pointers,  if necessary I can invest some
effort in refining whatever is already available

I ll then publish a list with urls for public reference
