Schema.org v9 release candidate (target 2020-07-21)

Dear Schema.org Community Group / Steering Group / interested parties,

Based on discussions here and in Github, here is a proposal for a new
Schema.org release, version 9.0, which I would like to publish on July 21st:

I may add a few minor fixes / tweaks before then, but it's basically ready
to go.
