Adding a bit of colour

After a bit of discussion with the W3C Wiki management folks I have got them
to add a syntax highlighting plugin
<http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:SyntaxHighlight_GeSHi> to our wiki
- and all the others too!

The plugin uses colour to highlight the syntax in code to make it [slightly]
more readable.

I have added it to the html example on the CommonEndeavor Proposal page
<http://www.w3.org/community/schemabibex/wiki/CommonEndeavor>.
