RE: schema-course-extend: credential or award offered through course.

Is that model accepted?  My own view is that the educational credentials area is fraught with difficulties and complications, so we should keep it very simple until we gain consensus on a model that will be implemented widely in practical settings.  That’s why I support Phil’s earlier email.
