All, Here are UML like diagrams I made of the syntaxes of FLD WD1 and BLD WD2 (consolidation of EBNF and XML). I found them useful to get the big picture, when I first drew them: maybe they can be useful to some of you too, although they may now be out of date (esp. the top part). What would you think of adding such diagrams as an appendix in future documents (as a purely informative part)? Btw, when drawing them, I found that the XML syntax does not allow Group to recurse, and that, in the EBNF, an External contained an ATOMIC (whereas it should be an Atom, if I am correct; it is not clear what the XML syntax says, as it refers to an Atomexpr that appears nowhere else). It must also be noticed that the diagrams cannot be dranw from either the EBNF alone nor the EBNF2XML tables alone: whereas the former was to be expected (role names are omitted in the PS), I would expect the table to be precise and unambiguous enough to stand alone.
