telecon [6] on where to hang metadata, esp. wrt the identification of 
single rules.

initiated by Sandro [7], including proposed solutions; Chris's proposal 
[8] and the following thread, including other proposed solutions.

7. Issues 52, 53 and 54 (OWL in BLD) (30 mn)

- Consider possible answers to issues 52 (specification of RDF and OWL 
entailment regimes) [9], 53 (annotation property in OWL) [10] and 54 
(safeness in BLD+OWL-DL [11], and, possibly, converge on resolutions;

8. Issue 29 (Profiles in Core) [12] (5mn)

- Issue 29 [12] was not on BLD critical path, because it was about Core, 
not BLD. However, the BLD 2nd public working draft contains an appendix 
about BLD profiles [13]: is this an issue, and, if yes, how can we 
resolve it?
