FLD is also done (at least, for the telecon discussion purposes). You can make a snapshot. (Only the XSD is missing.) DTB has not seen any progress since last time as far as I can see. So, both BLD and FLD have green insets saying that certain parts (data types, externals) will eventually be moved to DTB and should not be judged too harshly. It seems highly unlikely that DTB will be ready soon (given the progress so far), so I propose that BLD and FLD's WD2 should be published with those green blurbs without waiting for DTB. --michael
