the exception of:

Yes, it should indeed not be included in the working draft.  I included
it in the current document, hoping that people would read it.

This seems to be a problem with wiki-tr; the tables look fine on the
wiki pages.
I will check with Sandro about this.

Isn't is a problem with the tool you use for printing the document? I
have no such problems; on my printout, the text does wrap.
