[wbs] response to 'Call for Review: Propose to endorse Ethical Web Principles as a W3C Statement'

The following answers have been successfully submitted to 'Call for Review:
Propose to endorse Ethical Web Principles as a W3C Statement' (Advisory
Committee) for Mozilla Foundation by Tantek Çelik.

Regarding the "Ethical Web Principles" specification, the reviewer 
suggests changes, but supports publication as a W3C Statement whether or
not the changes are adopted.


Additional comments about the specification:
   Mozilla supports the publication of the Ethical Web Principles as a
Statement.

We request the following editorial changes (based on feedback from another
AC rep which we agree with) which we believe will improve the quality and
readability of the document:
* https://github.com/w3ctag/ethical-web-principles/pull/133 - link and
refer to current Code of Conduct (not older CEPC)
* https://github.com/w3ctag/ethical-web-principles/pull/134 - fix people's
vs peoples' punctuation
