[wbs] response to 'Call for Review: Federated Identity WG Charter - Adding Digital Credentials '

The following answers have been successfully submitted to 'Call for Review:
Federated Identity WG Charter - Adding Digital Credentials ' (Advisory
Committee) for Mozilla Foundation by Tantek Çelik.

The reviewer's organization suggests changes to this Charter, but supports
the proposal whether or not the changes are adopted.

Additional comments about the proposal:
   Mozilla supports the creation of this working group and the addition of
the deliverables proposed in this poll.

We would like to see the changes (largely editorial) adopted that are
suggested in the following pull requests:
* https://github.com/w3c/charter-drafts/pull/574 - beyond CR
* https://github.com/w3c/charter-drafts/pull/587 - coordinate with
SocialCG/IndieAuth
In particular, the second pull request also removes a bunch of
rel="nofollow" attributes from links. Those attributes were presumably
mistakenly added in good faith, however as noted in the pull request 587
description, absolutely do not belong in W3C documents/charters. Note that
the charter template itself
https://github.com/w3c/charter-drafts/blob/gh-pages/charter-template.html
does not have any instances of rel="nofollow", nor do any of the other
proposed charters currently being polled.

The reviewer's organization intends to participate in these groups:
   - Federated Identity Working Group

The reviewer's organization:
   - intends to review drafts as they are published and send comments.
   - intends to develop experimental implementations and send experience
reports.
   - intends to develop products based on this work.
