[wbs] response to 'Call for Review: Propose to endorse Privacy Principles as a W3C Statement'

The following answers have been successfully submitted to 'Call for Review:
Propose to endorse Privacy Principles as a W3C Statement' (Advisory
Committee) for Mozilla Foundation by Tantek Çelik.

Regarding the "Privacy Principles" specification, the reviewer suggests
changes, but supports publication as a W3C Statement whether or not the
changes are adopted.

Additional comments about the specification:
Mozilla supports publication of the Privacy Principles as a W3C
Statement, and we look forward to seeing it evolve based on existing filed
issues.

One nit we'd like to see fixed before publication is the change of "Labour"
to "Labor" (using en-US spelling per W3C guidelines), especially since this
word is used in a heading and fragment link.
