RDF/JS Dataset specification - release candidate

Dear all,

I'm happy to announce that after a few months of work we have now a 
release candidate of the RDF/JS Dataset specification[1]. We plan to 
release version 1.0.0 in two weeks, so please have a look at the spec 
and leave comments in the GitHub Repository[2], here on the mailing list 
or if you have quick questions you can also use the RDF/JS Gitter 
channel [3]. Only the DatasetCore and DatasetCoreFactory are of interest 
for this version. The rest of the spec is explicitly labeled 
experimental and will be finalized, with expected breaking changes, in 
version 1.x.
