Updated RDFa Core Editor's Draft

An updated Editor's Draft is available at 
http://www.w3.org/2010/02/rdfa/drafts/2011/ED-rdfa-core-20110814/

This draft reflects the removal of @profile and its attendant changes.  
It does NOT contain information about Proxy Profiles yet - I will 
introduce that in the next draft.

I am currently updating XHTML+RDFa and will release a draft of that shortly.
