I'd like to see if we can get a quick WG decision to resolve the
versioning comment with no action. I drafted (but didn't particularly
endorse) a proposal for a media type parameter to label different
versions of Turtle.

The only respones was from Andy who gave it a -1 (just after seeing the issue):
  <http://www.w3.org/mid/52558E0A.9090607@apache.org>

PROPOSE: the Working Group considered adding versioning to Turtle but is not persuaded that it will do more good than harm (including delays).

Another decision that would make it easier to respond to a commenter is the response on a syntax for reification, ending in this text
  <http://www.w3.org/mid/20131015123145.GB10886@w3.org>
with these amendments from Ivan:
  <http://www.w3.org/mid/20131016114637.GC25585@w3.org>

PROPOSE: the Working Group considered adding a reification syntax to Turtle b ut opted against in light of the use of named graphs and Trig.
