Long, long, long story short.... We can go to CR referring to Futures as we're doing (pointing to Anne's what-wg text). We should probably wait in CR (not going to PR) until someone (eg WebApps WG) takes on Futures and decides they're stable; that might be as little as 3 months from now. If we give up on waiting, perhaps in October as the end of our charter looms, we'll probably have to copy the spec (literally or figuratively by pointing to an archival version). We can talk this over in detail at the CR transition meeting. -- Sandro
