ACTION-206 Put Turtle tests into W3C space. I moved the tests already there (the tests from the submission, with some unfinished additions) to tests-submission/ and put the draft test suite in http://dvcs.w3.org/hg/rdf/file/default/rdf-turtle/tests-ttl As requested, this includes the same or equivalent tests from the submission so there is only one test suite for Turtle.
