Re: Event Updated: RDF-star WG biweekly focused meeting

Due to inclement weather today I will be travelling tomorrow and probably not 
available Friday.

I abstain (i.e., do not vote against) having rdf:dirLangString required for 
RDF entailment.  I opened the issue so that there would be a record of the WG 
approving this change to RDF entailment.
