  1. I believe that we have had enough discussions to take a final decision on whether or not to extend RDFS with rdfs:assert, as defined in:

I believe that the proposal of rdfs:states/asserts still needs more discussion. A different perspective than the above linked wiki page is provided in my recent mail "statements about statements" [0].

I still don’t get at all why the proposed RDFS semantics does not capture what you want.
It may well be the case, but it is impossible to understand if you do not tell a clear example where that semantics has an unwanted or incomplete behaviour, according to your analysis.
And, please, no Turtle syntax, only plain RDF syntax as specified in the baseline enriched with rdfs:states, since we need to emphasise basic problems, and Turtle macros/shortcuts must always expand on top of the basic language.

Discussions have only recently taken up speed, important questions have not yet been answered, possible misunderstandings have not been clarified, counter proposals lack detail (and will run into the same problems that the proposed rdfs:states is said to have), and the issue is after all of real importance and consequence for envisoned usage of RDF-star (which can not necessarily be said about the question if triple terms should be allowed to occur in subject position of RDF triples).

Thomas
