Re: Event Updated: RDF-star WG weekly meeting

Left over from last week was to specifically look at open PRs which have been delayed for well over a month. The discussion was on tagging them, and there is still some clarification needed on the use of issue/PR labels, but it’s important that we get back to describing the authority and process for making changes to specifications, and specifically the disposition of the following PRs:

* w3c/rdf-concepts#16 – Security Considerations
* w3c/rdf-concepts#18 – Add issue marker for rdf:JSON datatype
* w3c/rdf-concepts#21 – ABNF grammar for RFC3987
* w3c/rdf-n-quads#17 – Canonicalization (also follow-on issue w3c/rdf-n-quads#16)
* w3c/rdf-n-quads#19 – Extract Security Considerations from Media Type

I believe the decision on this was to be taken up in this meeting.

Also, we need a decision on publishing FPWD for the documents and the ongoing Echidna process.
