will there be minutes? 😬

of course, the WG minutes so far have been rather rudimentary when discussions turned on semantics, but since discussions on the mailinglist are rather rudimentary as well it would be great to have some sort of documentation on the state of affairs. i'm taking 'trip report' style personal accounts just as happily as scribed minutes.
