The W3C Process Document [1] recommends to do meeting minutes but as far as I can see it does not say anything about the form. I agree that there is a lot of room for improvement and as Ora and I mentioned we will be working on it but I don‘t see any ground on which you can *request* these things. If I miss any official document about that, please let me know. It is the first group I co-chair.

We did discuss that but did not finish that discussion yet.

For the agenda I said what we will do for the moment. If this is not good enough for you, please make a written proposal so we have something concrete to discuss.
