Has the WG decided where to keep all these documents?


I think github has quite a few features that can be used to set up issues to 
track changes to all the documents it is supposed to change.  One way would be 
to have a multi-dimensional set of issue labels for the document changes, with 
one dimension for the document and another for what kind of change is being 
done and probably another for status.   This, however, requires ensuring that 
the labels are correctly put on issues and correctly updated.  Another way, as 
you state, is to use projects, which seems to have similar capabilities and 
appears to be able to set up fields that would correspond to the dimensions I 
mentioned above.
