There are a few research papers about it [1][2][3][4]. I agree that there is another issue how to combine with semantics and RDF Schema. Sure, I know about the need of representing annotations. I’m referring to the latter issue, namely the proper model-theoretic semantics of modal predication in general is hard, and it is IMHO outside the scope of RDF-star. Citing pfps, shoehorning semantic-less modal predications in RDF-star can not be good. cheers —e.
