acronyms and systems

People in the working group have differing technical and non-technical 
backgrounds.  So please keep the use of acronyms to a minimum.


As well, it would be useful to have some place where expansions of acronyms 
and information about systems can be found.  I created 
https://github.com/w3c/rdf-star-wg/wiki/systems-and-acronyms as a start on this.
