definition of RDFn [was Re: Event Updated: RDF-star WG biweekly long meeting]

I'm still not finding firm definitions of the basis of RDFn.  The slide decks 
give some information but not enough to pin down exactly the fundamental 
notions underlying RDFn.   I expect to see a document that says exactly what 
an RDFn graph is, similar to 
https://www.w3.org/TR/rdf12-concepts/#section-rdf-graph, and what an RDFn 
dataset is, similar to https://www.w3.org/TR/rdf12-concepts/#section-dataset. 
The document could be in the style of https://www.w3.org/TR/rdf12-concepts or 
could be in a more compact and formal form.  If parts of these definitions for 
RDFn are the same as in RDF then the RDFn document can just refer to the RDF 
document.
