in step 9 of http://www.w3.org/TR/rdfa-syntax/#sec_5.5. I see: "@datatype is present, and does not have an empty value, and is not set to rdf:XMLLiteral." Is "set to" used in the sense of string literals or expanded names? suppose I bind xyz: to the RDF namespace and use datatype="xyz:XMLLiteral" Does that count?
