Re: Wiki-based vocabulary website idea

WOW! It's actually a perfect use case for Semantic MediaWiki - it has some
broken bones regarding external vocabularies, but collaborative vocabularies
was one of use cases that I (and meny others, I'm sure) was thinking about
all this time!

You can see vocabulary building in action on all SMW sites:
http://smw.referata.com/wiki/Special:BrowseData/Sites

and go to Special:Properties page - here's the example on my
TechPresentations.org:
http://www.techpresentations.org/Special:Properties

I noticed RDFa wiki has SMW installed, but you might want to upgrade to
latest version and install a couple sattelite extensions like Semantic
Forms, Semantic Drilldown, maybe more.

I'll really want to see this vocabulary management community can use real
wiki to operate - while some other, more technical solutions seem to be a
good way to go, they might increase the complexity.

It might revive RDFa support for SMW as well.

I'm CC-ing SMW mailing list on this. Markus, here's why I was so insisting
on fixing smw_import_*.

Thank you,

        Sergey
