[RDFa TC] interpretation of TC results - now implemented

Manu, All,

As proposed in [1] (and refined by Ivan in [2]) the RDFa TC Manifest now
contains the test:expectedResults "false"^^xsd:boolean flag, where
appropriate. Note that the default value (ie. when NO
test:expectedResults is present) is assumed to be "true"^^xsd:boolean.

Currently this does only effect TC86. I'd very much appreciate it if,
when new TC are proposed, the requester also indicates the intention to
either generate triples (default) or not.

Manu: I think, based on this it is save to update CrazyIvan, now.
Regarding EARL, Benji might be able to support you - that is, a
generalised version of his great EARL generator [3] to be included ;)

Cheers,
	Michael
