Looking at the RDFa Test Harness [1] I can recommend both Ivan's RDFa Distiller [2] and ARC2 [3], currently.

Are there any online RDFa parsers (or even XSLTs) compliant with the
Last Call syntax? I'd like to run some markup through to compare my
understanding with reality. :-)
