For Consideration: rapid approval of small updates the RDFa Primer

Hi team,

With rising interest in RDFa, we decided to prioritize an update to the 
RDFa Primer to bring it in line quickly with the Last Call RDFa Syntax. 
We hope that the Working Group can vote to approve this new WD quickly:

There was only one notable, yet still small, change: making sure that 
the change to the @src attribute was reflected in the appropriate 
examples in Sections 3.4, 3.5, and 4.4.

Note that the RDFa task force is in agreement that the Primer needs 
another serious editorial pass, because it has become too much of a 
"syntax light" document rather than an introductory, pleasant read. We 
will be working on this new version in the next couple of weeks, and 
we'll definitely need a thorough review at that point.

In the meantime, we hope this small edit, purely to bring it in line 
with the Syntax, can be approved quickly.
