Re: Question about @src handling

Hi Micah,

Well spotted. :)

Before we finalised on @src acting like @about, it acted like
@resource/@href. And unfortunately there are one or two places in the
spec where an example is still in the old format. The mark-up _should_
be like this:

  <span rel="foaf:depiction">
    <img src="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Albert_Einstein_Head.jpg" />
  </span>

Note that the reason we went for "@src as a subject" rather than "@src
as an object" was that it allows us to do this:

  <span rel="foaf:depiction">
    <img src="http://en.wikipedia.org/...Head.jpg" rel="license"
href="http://cc.org/....." />
  </span>

So not only can we now indicate an image that relates to something,
but we can also indicate its license type (for example).

Regards,

Mark
