pyRdfa updated

Dear all,

I have made an update of pyRdfa. This version implements the latest
version of the chaining rules as well as the latest definition of
@instanceof.

The files can be seen on [1] or can be downloaded as a tarball from [2].
I have _not_ changed the RDFa distiller site[3], though. I plan to do
that when the corresponding last call draft is published, because there
are some significant changes in the semantics of our attributes. That
also means that crazy ivan does not work with the new version yet, ie, I
did not run the test suite against the new version.

However, I have used of course some local tests (including Ben's
test[4]). I have also made a new version of my foaf.html file[5] which
then generates [6] properly (at least as far as I can see:-). That
foaf.html file gives a good shake to the code... Of course, I will use
crazy ivan when things are more 'official'.
