[RDFa TC] Update regarding TC 46-70

All,

Let me first thank Manu who did a great job collecting,
updating and adding new TC to the test suite.

I've now done the following changes:

Please note as well that these changes have also been recorded in [1].
To minimise the errors due to manual updated in the Wiki and due 
to the fact that the TC Manifest document [2] is the only normative 
source for the TC status, I've stopped editing the Wiki and from now
on pointing to the XSLT-transformed RDF, instead.

In order to still be able to record the resolution (which has till
now been done in the right-most column of the tables in [1]) I'll
add them to the TC Manifest document, directly. To minimise editing,
this update will take place together with adding the references to
the spec (BTW, Shane what is the status of [3] ? :)
